  1. As soon as the date is known: review the lease or handoff requirements and request a cleaning quote.
  2. Before the cleaning: complete repairs, remove belongings, defrost only if instructed, and dispose of garbage.
  3. On cleaning day: keep electricity and water available, provide access, and make sure active movers or contractors will not block rooms.
  4. After cleaning: complete your own walkthrough, take dated photos, and address any non-cleaning obligations separately.

Tasks outside a normal cleaning scope

Damage repair, nail-hole filling, painting, hauling, pest treatment, hazardous material removal, and landlord-specific repairs are separate from cleaning. Review the lease and inspection requirements rather than assuming every obligation is part of the cleaning package.

Booking the cleaning

Send the property size, location, preferred date, move-out deadline, current condition, parking and access notes, plus any add-ons such as inside cabinets or carpet shampooing. The team will confirm the scope and total before booking.
