What changes a cleaning quote?
- Property size: larger homes generally require more labour.
- Condition: heavy buildup, grease, pet hair, or long periods between cleans can add time.
- Clutter and access: blocked surfaces, parking, elevators, keys, or building rules affect efficiency.
- Service scope: baseboards, appliance interiors, wall spots, carpet shampooing, and cabinets change the task list.
- Extra spaces: half-bathrooms, basements, offices, balconies, garages, or unusual layouts should be disclosed.
- Deadline: short-notice or narrow service windows can affect availability.
Recurring-cleaning discounts
The first visit uses the one-time rate; any eligible first-cleaning offer is confirmed in your quote. Ongoing Standard and Deep Cleaning visits receive 20% off weekly, 15% off bi-weekly, or 10% off monthly. Add-ons are priced separately.
