Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads enhanced conversions for leads to understand which advertisements lead to paid cleaning deposits. After a successful website inquiry, we send Google one-way SHA-256 hashes of the email address and phone number you provide. We may also share these hashed identifiers with the actual deposit payment date, an advertising click identifier when available, and an internal transaction reference. Google uses this information to match outcomes to advertising interactions. Hashing helps protect the contact details; it does not make them anonymous.
We do not include card details, customer payment links, service notes or cleaning addresses in this measurement export. We may include prior deposits with reliable payment dates that remain within the import window. The same deposit is not counted again when you pay the remaining balance.
An advertising click reference may be kept in your browser for up to 90 days. Inquiry matching records are periodically removed after 90 days; booking-related measurement records follow our business-record retention practices below. 5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for quotes, bookings, customer support, business records, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information through the website forms.
6. Your choices
You can ask to access or correct your contact information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for use, or request deletion where we are not required to keep the information. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website features or the accuracy of advertising measurement.
